Coup Watch: April 2022 Issue

The illegitimate regime continues to target and attack civilians as they desperately try to gain control of the country. There has been at least 10,962 armed clashes and attacks in Burma under the junta. Junta forces have killed at least 2,166 civilians and arrested 13,496 civilians. Without international intervention, the Burmese military continues to commit war crimes, crimes against humanity, and human rights violations with impunity.
